Pay into escrow
The total is held by PlayerSells, not sent to the seller. Paste a public link: no password is ever asked for.

Delivery starts on the clock
On an auto-delivery listing your order goes to the seller's panel as soon as your payment is held. If a seller misses the start window, you are refunded in full automatically.

We measure what we can read
On follower, subscriber and member orders for X, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick and Telegram, PlayerSells records the count before and after delivery. Likes, views and TikTok are the seller's report, for you to check.

Settled for what was delivered
The seller is paid for the units delivered and the rest comes back to your wallet in the same step. If the listing has a refill window, you can ask for drops to be topped up.
Numbers with a green dot are measured from real orders, not typed by the seller.
Questions buyers ask
What happens if only part of my order is delivered?
The order settles for the delivered count. If 8,000 of 10,000 followers arrive, the seller is paid for 8,000 and the price of the other 2,000 goes back to your wallet automatically, with no dispute needed.
Do you need my password?
Never. Every service works from a public link to your profile or post, and the order form has no field for a password. A seller who asks for a login is breaking the rules: cancel the order if it has not started, or use Report a problem on the order page.
What is the refill guarantee?
Listings with a refill window promise to top up drops during that window. You request a refill from the order page, we record the measured drop where we can read it, and the seller has 72 hours to refill. A refill is the seller's promise, not a refund: missed refills are counted in the listing's public refill rate.
What does Auto delivery mean?
The seller has connected their SMM panel to PlayerSells, so your order is placed on it as soon as your payment is held, and its progress is read back from the panel. It is a fact about how the listing is wired, not a claim in the description.
Is it legal to buy followers?
In the US, buying followers is not illegal in itself. Since October 21, 2024, the FTC rule at 16 CFR 465.8 prohibits buying or selling fake indicators of social media influence, meaning followers, likes or views from bots, fake or hijacked accounts, when the buyer knew or should have known they were fake and they misrepresent influence for a commercial purpose. Platform rules are a separate question, answered on each service page.
How much do 1,000 followers cost?
Each seller sets their own price per 1,000, and every service page shows the cheapest live offer. Your total is that price times the quantity you choose, held in escrow until the order settles. The seller's commission comes out of their share, not on top of your price.
Is buying engagement allowed by the platforms?
Each platform has its own rules, and some do not allow buying followers, likes or views. A platform may remove delivered engagement or restrict an account at any time. PlayerSells is a marketplace: the services are provided by independent sellers, we do not provide or recommend them, and you are responsible for using any service within the platform's rules and the law, including never using it to mislead people about real reach in ads or sponsorships.
Can I cancel?
Yes, in full, until the order starts, unless it has already been sent to the seller's panel. Once it has started, use Report a problem and PlayerSells staff will review the order while the escrow stays held.
