YS Jagan Mohan Reddy engagement report
@ysjagan - 2.8M followers on X
Measured over 29 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 28, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 3.5K interactions against 2.8M followers, an engagement rate of 0.126%. Measured over 29 original posts, its engagement rate beats 74% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 70K times each, and 5.01% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.51% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.1 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 60% of days. Most posts go out around 06:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 29 posts sampled, 69% carry an image or video and 17% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 18K interactions, about 5.1x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #asiangames2026, #valmikijayanti.

Compared with accounts its own size
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's engagement rate beats 74% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 89% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.126%, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,567 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.025% to 0.146%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 69% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |

| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 69% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 3% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 686 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

A proactive approach always yields better results than a reactive stance. The system has a flaw that needs to be corrected. Trust in the electoral process must be restored. The arrests of Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka do not solve anything; it only aggravates the situation. I empathise with @SauravDassss and @AshutoshRanka.

Andhra Pradesh today witnessed a brutal attack on democracy under @ncbn's coalition government. On the first day of municipal nominations, YSRCP candidates faced attacks, death threats and attempts to stop them from filing nominations. Vehicles were burnt and nomination papers snatched and torn. Police remained mere spectators, in some cases party to the crime as well, dancing to Naidu's tunes instead of maintaining law and order and upholding the Constitution. I strongly condemn the murder attempt on YSRCP Lok Sabha Floor Leader and Rajampet MP, P. V. Midhun Reddy in Punganur. TDP workers attacked his convoy, which had gone there to file the nominations, with stones, sticks and iron rods, injured his CRPF security staff, damaged vehicles and blocked our candidates from filing nominations while police watched all this in the premises of the nomination filing centre. Even after this, officials did not accept their nomination papers despite making them wait for over three hours. If our Lok Sabha Floor Leader is unsafe, what protection can ordinary people expect? In Rayachoti, our candidates were threatened not to file nominations. When they proceeded despite these threats, TDP workers attacked former MLA Srikanth Reddy's office, set it and vehicles on fire, and injured our workers. Instead of registering cases against those responsible and protecting our candidates, police ordered our workers to leave our party office, where they had gathered to select candidates and prepare nomination papers, while it is our own party office that was set on fire while police remained mute spectators. In Tirupati, a woman candidate's papers were snatched and torn, and our leaders were attacked. In Dharmavaram, candidates were attacked and their papers snatched in police presence. In Kadapa, our 30th Division candidate was obstructed, and papers submitted to the Returning Officer were snatched and torn. Yet no case was registered and no action was taken against them. This shameful inaction gives TDP workers a free hand to obstruct elections in full public view. In Dachepalli, police planted liquor and forcibly detained our Nagar Panchayat chairman candidate to prevent him from filing his nomination. Chandrababu Naidu must understand that government machinery is not his party's property. Violence cannot give the TDP the public confidence it has lost. Every attack strengthens our resolve to stand with the people and defend their democratic rights. I stand firmly with every YSRCP worker. We will not surrender to threats or abandon our democratic fight. Every incident must be investigated, every attacker held accountable, and every officer who enabled this violence made answerable. The SEC must intervene immediately, ensure that all affected candidates can file nominations, and secure the deployment of Central forces. Candidates must be able to contest without fear, and people must be free to choose their representatives. Centralised or transparent and safe online nominations should be made available. Proper CCTV live footage should be put in place in polling stations. CCTV live footage should be placed in all strong rooms to prevent tampering of ballot boxes. CCTV live footage should be in place in all counting stations to ensure proper verification of the signatures on ballot paper account and to monitor the counting process in the counting stations. Central government forces (Paramilitary forces) should be brought in to ensure that free and fair elections are conducted. #SaveDemocracyInAP

Taking moral responsibility for the NEET paper leak, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan ji resigned, setting a benchmark for political accountability under the NDA Government. We now ask the same question in Andhra Pradesh. Will Education Minister Nara Lokesh of the NDA Government in Andhra Pradesh accept moral responsibility for the serious irregularities surrounding the DSC examination process (which involved around 3.5 lakh aspirants) and resign from his post? Or will Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu of the NDA Government shield his son instead of upholding the very standards of accountability that the NDA claims to believe in? #NaraLokeshMustResign

Hats off to Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary courage in saving the lives of the passengers and crew. Despite being seriously injured, he remained steadfast in his commitment to passenger safety. A pride of India, he showed the world the meaning of courage and selflessness. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery. A true hero.

Democracy can stand only when people have complete confidence in constitutional institutions such as the Election Commission. National media reports that two Election Commissioners raised objections on several occasions to decisions, electoral rolls and the management of ECINet have led to serious questions and doubts among the public. Rather than an exchange of allegations, the public needs clarity on what objections were recorded, what action was taken on them, and how transparently the system functioned, be it for adding, deleting or restoring names on electoral rolls. Steps are needed to give people confidence on these matters. Ultimately, we must strengthen public trust in the electoral process, protect every citizen’s right to vote, and strengthen the systems that allow people to exercise that right without fear. In a democracy, transparency should not only prevail but should also appear to have prevailed. The very bill (Chief Election Commissioner and other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Term of Office) Act, 2023 ) which had our support then, should be revisited now in the current background. The Central government (Ruling Party) should come forward, set the normal in place dispelling this fear. An amendment to the bill be brought forward where the election commissioner is appointed by the three member committee which has Leader of Opposition (LoP), Chief Justice of India (CJI) and the Prime Minister as members once again. Student appointing the examiner is always prone to allegations even though the examiner is thoroughly honest and it is always better replacing the process with someone neutral. This move would definitely regain the esteem and the confidence in the Election Commission This is especially important because, during the SIR process in Andhra Pradesh, the party in power misused its authority. On many occasions, our appeals went unheard. In the local body election process too, our objections as an Opposition party to the manner in which divisions were redrawn were brushed aside. Such actions undoubtedly weaken public confidence in the electoral process. Transparency and accountability are the true measures of how any institution functions in a democracy, and safeguarding them is that institution’s primary duty. @ECISVEEP

- What is YS Jagan Mohan Reddy's engagement rate on X?
- YS Jagan Mohan Reddy (@ysjagan) has an engagement rate of 0.126%, based on the median interactions across 29 original posts from the last 30 days against 2,795,319 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.126%, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,567 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @ysjagan have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 74% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @ysjagan post?
- Most posts go out around 06:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.13 posts per day across the measured window.
