A typical post picks up 122 interactions against 440K followers, an engagement rate of 0.028%. Measured over 29 original posts, its engagement rate beats 49% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 11K times each, and 1.09% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.54% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 5.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 67% of days. Most posts go out around 06:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 29 posts sampled, 86% carry an image or video and 14% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 3.2K interactions, about 27x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #saveamother, #independencemarathon, #saturday.

Compared with accounts its own size

Snr. Cde. Robert Kabushenga's engagement rate beats 49% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 49% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.028%, Snr. Cde. Robert Kabushenga sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,805 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.025% to 0.146%.

This account posts most often around 06:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

I went to drop off @Kasuku256’s kit for the @imarathonug on Sunday October 4th at @mandelastadium. I sat on the side & watched him & Zubeda recording #LusekeNyamNyam. A truly hilarious way to spend the morning but also watch them innovate content in the fly. Gone are the days of producers, sound engineers & the whole crew that worked on studio recordings. They were under a tree with one camera, a simple wooden table with no drawers. It is genius. We ended up doing an impromptu recording & video dropping soon on a platform near you🫣🤣. @stanbicug @OldMutualUganda @TMR_IntHospital @Nivana_Uganda @drkasenene

Rugyeyo Farm Update Last July we took delivery of a dry milling machine(huller) given to us through a grant from @UgandaCoffee_ @MAAIF_Uganda under their Agro-industrialization program. It was handed to me by Hon. @DESIREtheFARMER, our sector Minister. Today I report that we are installing the machine & the plan is to commission it by end of September, if we can raise all the money. So far we have started where we are either with what we have. The point is we have a bigger dream of which this is only the first step. We are looking to raise at least US $ 500,000 so we can have the complete process that would take us to export grade processed beans which we can also be roasted into a final consumer product. We could do with a little more. That would enable us to complete the infrastructure requirements, additional equipment & then build a production ecosystem that would positively impact our output. We are in a unique position for having our own farm that has commercial production scale. Now it is to build a network of farmers we can buy from. All this requires significant liquidity to execute. I am hopeful nonetheless. Two years ago I came close to exiting. A chance meeting with a fellow coffee guy & small talk is what it took for me to revisit my business practices. Things look different and promising. In the next 15-20 years @RugyeyoFarmLtd coffee business will be a whole different story.

The biggest risk in a big job isn’t failure — it’s losing yourself in the title. @rkabushenga reflects on a trap many corporate leaders quietly fall into: fusing their entire identity with the position they hold. When that happens, the office, the power and the privileges stop being temporary responsibilities and start feeling like who you are. Gratitude turns into entitlement. Perspective disappears. He explains how being grounded by his family kept him from believing his status defined him. To his children, he was simply “dad”. To his wife, he was a husband who needed to be at the dinner table at 7pm — not “the boss fixing the factory”. It’s a timely reminder: no matter how high you rise, one day you will leave that office and return to the “cold water” you came from. In this clip, he uses a vivid proverb about boiling water to capture exactly what happens when leaders forget their origins — and what it means for how you lead today. I don’t think there’s a generation that has had to deal with death like millennials! We might have other problems but the struggle to deal with grief and still manage other life problems should be added to our achievements! Back then guys died at 70,80’s. Burials were scarce!

What is Snr. Cde. Robert Kabushenga's engagement rate on X?
Snr. Cde. Robert Kabushenga (@rkabushenga) has an engagement rate of 0.028%, based on the median interactions across 29 original posts from the last 30 days against 440,175 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.028%, Snr. Cde. Robert Kabushenga sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,805 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @rkabushenga have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 49% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @rkabushenga post?
Most posts go out around 06:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 5.57 posts per day across the measured window.
