বিএনপি সরকারের ইসলামবিরোধী আইন পাসের প্রতিবাদ; বিতর্কিত ধারা বাতিলের দাবি ও আলেম সমাজকে সোচ্চার হওয়ার আহ্বান জাতীয় সংসদে পবিত্র কুরআন ও সুন্নাহর বিধানের পরিপন্থী ‘সম্পত্তি হস্তান্তর (সংশোধন) বিল–২০২৬’ পাসের মাধ্যমে আল্লাহ প্রদত্ত বিধানের বিরুদ্ধে অবস্থান নেওয়ার তীব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবির। একই সঙ্গে কুরআন-সুন্নাহবিরোধী ও ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ পরিপন্থী বিলটির বিতর্কিত ধারা বাতিলের দাবি জানানো হয়েছে। আজ ৭ সেপ্টেম্বর এক যৌথ বিবৃতিতে ছাত্রশিবিরের কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি নূরুল ইসলাম ও সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল সিবগাতুল্লাহ বলেন, “৯০ শতাংশ মুসলিম অধ্যুষিত এই বাংলাদেশে ইসলাম ও ইসলামী শরিয়াহর মৌলিক বিধানের সঙ্গে সাংঘর্ষিক কোনো আইন পাস করা এদেশের সাধারণ মানুষের ধর্মীয় অনুভূতি ও মূল্যবোধের ওপর আঘাতের শামিল। পবিত্র কুরআন ও রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.)-এর সুন্নাহ এবং প্রচলিত শরিয়াহ ব্যাখ্যা অনুযায়ী হেবা সম্পন্ন হওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে গ্রহীতার কাছে সম্পত্তির দখল হস্তান্তর একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ শর্ত। অথচ নতুন আইনে মালিকানা হস্তান্তরের পরও দাতার আজীবন ওই সম্পত্তি ভোগ ও ব্যবহারের অধিকার সংরক্ষণের সুযোগ রাখা হয়েছে, যা হেবা ও মালিকানা হস্তান্তর বিষয়ে শরিয়াহর মৌলিক নীতির সঙ্গে সাংঘর্ষিক এবং কুরআন-সুন্নাহর স্পষ্ট লঙ্ঘন।” নেতৃবৃন্দ আরও বলেন, “ইসলামের শাশ্বত উত্তরাধিকার আইনের বিষয়ে কোনো স্বীকৃত ফকিহ, মুফতি ও শরিয়াহ বিশেষজ্ঞের মতামত না নিয়ে আইনমন্ত্রী নিজের মনগড়া ব্যাখ্যা উপস্থাপন করে তড়িঘড়ি করে সংসদীয় সংখ্যাগরিষ্ঠতার জোরে আইন পাস করেছেন। এর মাধ্যমে তিনি ইসলামের মৌলিক বিধানের বিরুদ্ধে অবস্থান নেওয়ার ধৃষ্টতা দেখিয়েছেন। অথচ ক্ষমতায় যাওয়ার আগে পবিত্র কুরআন ও সুন্নাহর পরিপন্থী কোনো আইন করা হবে না এবং মদিনা সনদের আলোকে রাষ্ট্র পরিচালনা করা হবে বলে শাসকগোষ্ঠী গালভরা প্রতিশ্রুতি দিয়েছিল। ইতোপূর্বেও আমরা দেখেছি বর্তমান সরকারের স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রী শরীয়া আইনকে মধ্যযুগীয় আইন বলে কটাক্ষ করেছেন। আমরা স্পষ্টভাবে হুঁশিয়ার করে দিতে চাই, এ দেশে ইসলামের মৌলিক বিধানের পরিপন্থী কোনো আইনই মেনে নেওয়া হবে না।" নেতৃবৃন্দ অবিলম্বে কুরআন-সুন্নাহবিরোধী ও ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ পরিপন্থী ‘সম্পত্তি হস্তান্তর বিল–২০২৬’-এর বিতর্কিত ধারা বাতিলের জোর দাবি জানান। একই সঙ্গে ইসলামের মৌলিক বিধান ও ধর্মীয় মূল্যবোধ রক্ষায় দেশের শীর্ষস্থানীয় আলেম-উলামা, ফকিহ, মুফতি ও শরিয়াহ বিশেষজ্ঞসহ সর্বস্তরের জনগণকে সোচ্চার হওয়ার আহ্বান জানান তারা। #Chhatrashibir #Bangladesh

ভেরিফিকেশনের অজুহাতে চাকরিপ্রার্থীদের বাদ দেওয়ার প্রতিবাদ ও সুনির্দিষ্ট নীতিমালা প্রণয়নের দাবি সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগে চূড়ান্তভাবে উত্তীর্ণ মেধাবী প্রার্থীদের ভেরিফিকেশনের নামে চাকরির অধিকার থেকে বঞ্চিত করার তীব্র নিন্দা ও প্রতিবাদ জানিয়েছে বাংলাদেশ ইসলামী ছাত্রশিবির। একই সঙ্গে ভেরিফিকেশনের ক্ষেত্রে সুনির্দিষ্ট নীতিমালা প্রণয়ন, মেধাভিত্তিক নিয়োগ নিশ্চিত এবং রাজনৈতিক পরিচয়ের ভিত্তিতে প্রার্থী বাদ দেওয়া বন্ধের দাবি জানানো হয়। সরকারি চাকরিতে নিয়োগসহ সর্বক্ষেত্রে বর্তমান সরকার ফ্যাসিবাদের অন্ধ অনুকরণ করছে উল্লেখ করে আজ ২৫ সেপ্টেম্বর এক যৌথ বিবৃতিতে ছাত্রশিবিরের কেন্দ্রীয় সভাপতি নূরুল ইসলাম ও সেক্রেটারি জেনারেল সিবগাতুল্লাহ এ প্রতিবাদ ও দাবি জানান। বিবৃতিতে নেতৃবৃন্দ বলেন, “সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ের সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগ-২০২৫-এর চূড়ান্ত ফলাফলে ১৪ হাজার ৩৮৪ জন প্রার্থীকে নিয়োগের জন্য সুপারিশ করা হয়েছিল। কিন্তু ভেরিফিকেশন শেষে বিভিন্ন জেলার বহু সুপারিশপ্রাপ্ত প্রার্থী নিয়োগপত্র না পাওয়ার অভিযোগ করেছেন। চূড়ান্তভাবে সুপারিশপ্রাপ্ত প্রাথমিক সহকারী শিক্ষক-২০২৫-এর আন্দোলনকারীদের প্ল্যাটফর্মের অভিযোগ অনুযায়ী, ১২ শতাধিক প্রার্থীর নিয়োগপত্র না পাওয়ার তথ্য পাওয়া গেছে। বাদ পড়া অনেক প্রার্থীর দাবি, তাদের বিরুদ্ধে কোনো ফৌজদারি অপরাধের রেকর্ড নেই এবং তাদের বাদ দেওয়ার সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণও জানানো হয়নি।” নেতৃবৃন্দ বলেন, “ভেরিফিকেশনের নামে রাজনৈতিক পরিচয় কিংবা পরিবারের রাজনৈতিক সম্পৃক্ততাকে বিবেচনায় নিয়ে কোনো প্রার্থীকে বাদ দেওয়ার অভিযোগ অত্যন্ত উদ্বেগজনক। সামাজিক যোগাযোগমাধ্যমে এমন অভিযোগও উঠেছে যে, বিএনপি ও ছাত্রদলের সঙ্গে সম্পৃক্ততা না থাকলে কিংবা পরিবারের কেউ জামায়াত বা এনসিপির সঙ্গে সম্পৃক্ত থাকলে প্রার্থীদের নিয়োগ আটকে দেওয়া হচ্ছে। এসব অভিযোগ সত্য হলে তা দেশের জন্য অশনিসংকেত। আমরা দেখতে পাচ্ছি, শিক্ষাপ্রতিষ্ঠান, বিচারবিভাগ, মাঠ প্রশাসন, সচিবালয়সহ রাষ্ট্রের প্রতিটি প্রতিষ্ঠানকে বিএনপির অনুকূলে নজিরবিহীনভাবে দলীয়করণ করা হচ্ছে।” নেতৃবৃন্দ বলেন, “বাংলাদেশের সংবিধানের ২৯ নং অনুচ্ছেদ অনুযায়ী সরকারি চাকরিতে সুযোগের সমতা প্রতিটি নাগরিকের সাংবিধানিক অধিকার। অথচ সুস্পষ্ট কোনো কারণ না দেখিয়েই শত শত মেধাবী তরুণের স্বপ্ন ধূলিসাৎ করে দেওয়া হচ্ছে, যা বৈষম্যের বিরুদ্ধে সংঘটিত জুলাই অভ্যুত্থানের আকাঙ্ক্ষার সঙ্গে চূড়ান্ত প্রতারণার শামিল। মাঠপর্যায়ে বিএনপির নির্বাচিত এমপি-মন্ত্রীদের ‘লিখিত পরীক্ষায় পাস করলে বাকিটা আমরা দেখব’—এমন আশ্বাস কিংবা বিএনপির ত্যাগী নেতাদের চাকরি, ডিলারশিপ ও ঠিকাদারির মাধ্যমে মূল্যায়নের ঘোষণা প্রমাণ করে, বিএনপি সরকার সরকারি চাকরিতে নিয়োগসহ সর্বক্ষেত্রে নগ্ন দলীয়করণ ও ফ্যাসিবাদের অন্ধ অনুকরণ করছে।” নেতৃবৃন্দ আরও বলেন, “ভেরিফিকেশন একটি স্বাভাবিক প্রশাসনিক প্রক্রিয়া হলেও একজন প্রার্থীকে কোন সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণে বাদ দেওয়া হচ্ছে, তার স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিত করা জরুরি। কিন্তু বর্তমানে ভেরিফিকেশন প্রক্রিয়ায় কী যাচাই করা হবে এবং কোন প্রক্রিয়ায় একজন প্রার্থীকে বাদ দেওয়া হবে, তা সুস্পষ্ট নয়। ফলে এটি সরকারি দলের দলীয়করণের হাতিয়ারে পরিণত হয়েছে। ভেরিফিকেশনের পর প্রার্থীকে বাদ দেওয়ার সুনির্দিষ্ট কারণ জানানো, আত্মপক্ষ সমর্থন ও আপিলের সুযোগ রেখে ভেরিফিকেশন পদ্ধতি পুনর্গঠন এবং মেধা, যোগ্যতা ও স্বচ্ছতার ভিত্তিতে সরকারি চাকরিতে নিয়োগ নিশ্চিত করতে হবে। আমরা চূড়ান্তভাবে সুপারিশপ্রাপ্ত যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের নিয়োগপত্র প্রদান ও দ্রুত যোগদানের ব্যবস্থা, ভেরিফিকেশনের নামে বৈষম্যমূলকভাবে বাদ দেওয়া প্রার্থীদের বিষয় পুনঃযাচাই এবং রাজনৈতিক পরিচয়ের ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগ বাতিলের অভিযোগ তদন্তের দাবি জানাচ্ছি।”
