A typical post picks up 4 interactions against 71K followers, an engagement rate of 0.006%. Measured over 14 original posts, its engagement rate beats 12% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size. That is a reason to look at how the audience behaves - reply depth, saves, whether the followers are recent - rather than a conclusion about it on its own. Posts are seen about 220 times each, and 1.81% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.311% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.4 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 37% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 11:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 14 posts sampled, 71% carry an image or video and 29% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 224 interactions, about 56x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #jaishreeshyam, #jdu, #krishna.

Compared with accounts its own size

Brijkishor Tiwary's engagement rate beats 12% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 6 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 57% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.006%, Brijkishor Tiwary sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,349 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.025%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

    Maharashtra is set to become India’s first tokenised state. Speaking on the potential of land tokenisation, Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, IAS, Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA, highlighted how it could help MMRDA, one of the pioneers of land monetisation in the country, better leverage its financial assets. By unlocking land value, MMRDA can strengthen cash flows and build greater financial capacity to fund Mumbai’s next generation of infrastructure and deliver transformative projects at scale, while enabling better project management and monitoring. #LandTokenisation #GFF2026 #GlobalFintechFest #MMRDA @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @DrSanMukherjee

    At Global Fintech Fest 2026, MMRDA reinforced BKC’s position at the heart of India’s financial ecosystem through strategic commercial allotments to SEBI, NSE and ED, institutions central to the country’s financial and regulatory architecture. The significance goes beyond the allotments themselves. It is about strengthening the institutional ecosystem that has made BKC India’s premier financial district and continues to elevate Mumbai’s stature as a global financial hub. For MMRDA, it is another step in a larger vision: shaping BKC as a district where world-class infrastructure, finance, business and investment come together. Building BKC. Strengthening Mumbai’s financial future. #MMRDA #BKC #GlobalFintechFest #GFF2026 #Mumbai #FinancialHub #Fintech #BandraKurlaComplex @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @DrSanMukherjee @GffFintechfest @MahaDGIPR

The real promise of AI in urban development lies in moving cities from reactive responses to predictive planning. Dr. Sanjay Mukherjee, IAS, Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA, explains how AI and technology are already supporting smarter infrastructure management—from automated pantograph monitoring across the Metro network to forecasting future demand and allocating financial, human, mechanical and natural resources more effectively. The true test of technology remains simple: does it improve people’s quality of life? The most effective technology is often the technology citizens never have to notice—it simply makes the city work better. #AI #Governance #GFF2026 #PredictiveAI #MMRDA @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @DrSanMukherjee

    Two more Ring Roads. One bigger vision for the MMR. MMRDA is planning two additional ring roads, together spanning 307 km, taking the proposed network from seven to nine corridors and strengthening connectivity across Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai and the wider Metropolitan Region. The vision is to bring together the MMR’s existing roads, sea links, tunnels and connectors into a more seamless network, while closing critical gaps and creating more direct choices for Mumbaikars. Speaking about the vision, Shri Eknath Shinde, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and Chairman, MMRDA, said, “Mumbai has built several major roads, sea links, tunnels and connectors over the years; our effort now is to connect these individual projects into one seamless network.” He added, “When roads connect, distances become shorter; when distances become shorter, people come closer.” A more connected MMR is taking shape. #MMRDA #ReimaginingMMR #RingRoad #MumbaiInMinutes #SmartConnectivity #ReshapingMMR @CMOMaharashtra @Dev_Fadnavis @mieknathshinde @DrSanMukherjee @MahaDGIPR

https://t.co/h6P9Nz0BHe

Reading these numbers

What is Brijkishor Tiwary's engagement rate on X?
Brijkishor Tiwary (@brijkishort) has an engagement rate of 0.006%, based on the median interactions across 14 original posts from the last 30 days against 70,774 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.006%, Brijkishor Tiwary sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,349 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @brijkishort have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 12% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the bottom quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @brijkishort post?
Most posts go out around 11:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.43 posts per day across the measured window.
