C'est avec une profonde douleur que j'adresse mes condoléances au clergé, aux catholiques et à la gde famille biologique, à travers le sénateur Kaniki, suite au décès du Cardinal Émérite Monsengwo ce 11/07/ 21. Le pays a perdu un gd homme, un modèle de leadership. Paix à son âme.

C’est avec un immense plaisir que je retrouve le chemin des auditoires, après plus de 20 ans d’une pause qui n’a pas estompé ma passion pour l’enseignement. Cette année académique, c’est dans le cadre du cours d’Économie publique à l’Université Protestante au Congo (UPC) que j’ai la chance de contribuer à la formation de notre jeunesse. Au-delà des fondements théoriques qui justifient et structurent l’intervention de l’État dans l’économie, nous aborderons aussi la question de la formulation et de la mise en oeuvre des politiques publiques visant à maximiser le bien-être collectif. Dans la promotion de Licence 3, je découvre des jeunes filles et garçons brillants et disciplinés, dont l’intelligence et l’engagement renforcent mon optimisme et ma foi en l’avenir.
