A typical post picks up 908 interactions against 1.3M followers, an engagement rate of 0.071%. Measured over 9 original posts, its engagement rate beats 65% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 72K times each, and 1.27% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 5.64% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 0.93 post a day over the last 30 days, though only 43% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 9 posts sampled, 22% carry an image or video and 11% are part of a thread. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 35K interactions, about 19x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Jay Glazer's engagement rate beats 65% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 54% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.071%, Jay Glazer sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,146 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.025% to 0.146%.

Engagement rate as a share of followers, across the 212,146 accounts we have scanned enough to measure. The axis is logarithmic, because the top and bottom of this population are about 22,455 times apart and a linear axis would flatten everything below the median into a single point.

This account posts most often around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

  • 0% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
  • Its average post runs 297 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

Said on yesterday’s @NFLonFOX @PatrickMahomes did something to attack his recovery from torn ACL and LCL, he immediately flew to Dallas to get the surgery BEFORE it swelled and filled with inflammation. Usually players wait til AFTER the swelling and inflammation subsides. This allowed him to jump into and attack his rehab only a few days after the injury. Then he absolutely attacked his rehab, to the point where, when I asked him recently when he knew he was fully good to go, he actually told me 1st week of June. That is UNREAL!!! The dude is veryyyy different in how he deals with and fights back from injuries. @Chiefs

Was hesitant to post bc last time I did on X I got trashed with the worst comments and content was too sensitive to bother dealing with that shit again. However, I think on a day like today I will take the insults if it helps anybody I am posting this on World Suicide Prevention Day with the chance it can help. It’s a battle a lot of us deal with and a having a daily battle between my ears is not something I signed up for. But with that said, years ago I made a DECISION to CHOOSE life and promise I will choose to make this same decision every day moving forward. Instead of being angry and resentful about my pain I now look at it as a way to be of service to others. It’s now my honor! Please, please, please choose life. You are worth it! We all are. GOD bless Thank you @brandonsaho for putting this together on your @thementalgamepod

RIP to the legend, Da Coach, Mike Ditka. Got to work with and become very close to him while we are at The NFL Today on CBS together in 2000 and 2001. I learned soooo much from him, about generosity, about life. This man was such a great friend to be around and knock around NYC together pretty much every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Without a doubt the absolute time of my life! Soooo many hilarious stories. Like I said, learned SO much about life from him and I’m forever grateful! Love ya Coach #ditka

Green Bay is always a special stop for me. Most of you don’t know but my first ever game I ever worked in my life was 1999 doing sidelines for WCBS in New York, Jets vs Packers. Could you imagine… first ever game is at Lambeau Field!!!!! I wasn’t nervous, instead I just kept telling myself how great i would feel after I nailed my first hit! Very, veryyyy grateful for it all. Thank you GOD for the journey. @nflonfox #packers #trainingcamp #nfl

Spent a couple days with the @Eagles on my annual Glaze Across America NFL Training Camp Tour and the biggest takeaway I walked away with… the number of people at different areas of the team are raving about how much effort @JalenHurts has put in to improving in many areas on and off the field. Can’t tell you how many “I’m really proud of him” I got. Last year he was at the center of issues but they are speaking a MUCH different tune on him so far in camp. Even guys who were previously frustrated with him were absolutely praising him for the work he’s put in and the concerted effort he has made. Good for him! It’s never too late and in this league you always need to find ways to improve, evolve and improve some more. It never ends if you want to be THAT GUY! Plus, they think this offense will be much better suited to him, the offensive line, Saquon, all around. @NFLonFOX #eagles #nfl #philadelphia

Reading these numbers

What is Jay Glazer's engagement rate on X?
Jay Glazer (@JayGlazer) has an engagement rate of 0.071%, based on the median interactions across 9 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,269,940 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.071%, Jay Glazer sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,146 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @JayGlazer have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 65% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @JayGlazer post?
Most posts go out around 16:00 UTC, and Monday is its busiest day, at roughly 0.93 posts per day across the measured window.
