A typical post picks up 67 interactions against 1.3M followers, an engagement rate of 0.005%. Measured over 45 original posts, its engagement rate beats 26% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 5.7K times each, and 1.18% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 0.452% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.5 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 10:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 45 posts sampled, 98% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 1.3K interactions, about 19x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Rt.Hon.Dr.Moses Wetang'ula's engagement rate beats 26% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 51% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.005%, Rt.Hon.Dr.Moses Wetang'ula sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,741 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.025%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

The Presidency is a serious responsibility that we cannot gamble with as a country and thus should be entrusted to a leader with proven experience as has historically been the case over the years. I do not see any current opposition leader with the capacity to wrestle power from President William Ruto who has done a tremendous job. For the Luhya nation, 2032 presents a realistic opportunity to produce a President and I do not shy away from saying that I have all the qualities and requisite experience to lead this country in 2032. This is why we have rallied behind President Ruto and will support him to the last person in next year’s elections so that we can secure our rightful place in 2032. I am ready to complete the journey started by our great leaders, Masinde Muliro and Michael Kijana Wamalwa. These were my remarks during a Boda Boda Empowerment Drive at Matulo Girls Secondary School in Webuye West, Bungoma County, organised by Senator Wafula Wakoli. President Ruto’s aide Farouk Kibet, MPs Didimus Barasa (Kimilili), Martin Wanyonyi (Webuye East), Innocent Mugabe (Likuyani), and other leaders were present.

While presiding over a women’s empowerment drive in Hamisi Constituency, Vihiga County, I observed that Kenyans are not ready to elect a president without adequate political experience. I urged first-time MPs aspiring to the presidency to learn from Kenya’s political history, noting that Jomo Kenyatta, Daniel arap Moi, Mwai Kibaki, Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto all gained valuable political experience before becoming president. I highlighted President Ruto’s planned development projects in the region, including upgrading the Eldoret–Kapsabet–Chavakali road, extending the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) to Busia through Vihiga, constructing Kidundu Stadium and improving markets and roads. I urged residents to support his re-election bid. I also raised concern that about 250,000 Vihiga residents with national identity cards had not registered as voters. I called on leaders to mobilise them and other eligible residents to register and obtain voter cards. Finally, I urged political leaders to embrace tolerance during the campaign period, citing the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga’s ability to reconcile with political rivals. I stressed that political competition should never come at the expense of national unity and peaceful coexistence.

This afternoon, I urged the residents of the Western region to overwhelmingly rally behind the current government, noting that the region's long-term dream of producing a president can only be realised by first delivering strong support for President William Ruto's 2027 re-election bid. During an event at Hamisi Stadium in Hamisi Constituency, I indicated that this will position the region to pursue the presidency after five years, rather than waiting another decade under a new administration. I also highlighted the development projects President Ruto's administration has delivered across the region, noting that his government has ensured equitable distribution of development unlike previous administrations that sidelined the area. I thanked residents for their massive turnout and unwavering support even as I called on them to apply for national IDs, register as voters and help deliver more than four million votes to President Ruto in the next election.

Today, I had the honour of presenting the Elder of the Order of the Golden Heart (E.G.H.) award to the Cabinet Secretary for Energy and Petroleum, Hon. Opiyo Wandayi, in recognition of his distinguished service during his tenure as the Leader of the Minority Party in the National Assembly. The national honours E.G.H. and M.G.H. were earlier conferred upon him by H.E. President William Ruto. His steadfast leadership, commitment to democratic ideals and dedication to public service remain exemplary and continue to inspire many. It was a privilege to present these honours to him on behalf of the National Assembly.

The loss of a loved one, particularly a spouse and mother to young ones, is a painful life encounter. On my own behalf, on behalf of my family, and on behalf of the Parliament of Kenya, I have today condoled with the family of my brother and friend of many years, the Kakamega Senator, Hon. @DrBKhalwale at his home in Malinya, Ikolomani, following the passing of his dear wife, Mama Gloria Sekeiyan Khalwale. During the visit, I conveyed the President, H.E. (Dr.) William Ruto's condolences and his gesture of goodwill and comfort to the family during this difficult time. Mama Gloria was a kind and hospitable lady who always welcomed us whenever Senator Khalwale hosted us at home. In moments of loss, we are reminded to offer comfort through both words and acts of kindness, and to stand with those in mourning in solidarity and prayer. May Mama Gloria's Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.

What is Rt.Hon.Dr.Moses Wetang'ula's engagement rate on X?
Rt.Hon.Dr.Moses Wetang'ula (@HonWetangula) has an engagement rate of 0.005%, based on the median interactions across 45 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,259,098 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.005%, Rt.Hon.Dr.Moses Wetang'ula sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,741 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @HonWetangula have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 26% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @HonWetangula post?
Most posts go out around 10:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.53 posts per day across the measured window.
