pAgaL_P₹oj3ct engagement report
@HoeZaay - 1.1M followers on X
Measured over 8 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 28, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 167 interactions against 1.1M followers, an engagement rate of 0.016%. Measured over 8 original posts, its engagement rate beats 40% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 93K times each, and 0.179% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 8.74% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 12.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on almost every day in the window. Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 8 posts sampled, 50% carry an image or video and 50% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 4.0K interactions, about 24x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #watch, #breaking, #drought.

Compared with accounts its own size
pAgaL_P₹oj3ct's engagement rate beats 40% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 13% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.016%, pAgaL_P₹oj3ct sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,146 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the bottom 25% band, which runs below 0.025%.

Posting timing
This account posts most often around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day of the week. The bars below are the catalog-wide pattern, with this account's own busiest slot marked. They do not show how this account performs at each hour: we keep one aggregate per account, not one per hour, so that measurement does not exist in our data.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 50% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 50% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 50% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 50% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts, so a large share of this account's output sits in the weakest bucket we measure.
- Its average post runs 314 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

VIDEO | Every photograph of the nine-year-old is a reminder of a life cut short in a tragic drunken-driving crash that changed four families forever. Ramya, her grandfather and uncle were killed in a crash in Hyderabad's Banjara Hills on July 1, 2016, when a car allegedly driven by a drunk driver crashed into their vehicle. Now, as the long-pending case finally enters trial before the VII Additional Metropolitan Sessions Court, Ramya's parents say the decade-long wait has been marked by grief and an enduring hope for justice. Radhika, Ramya's Mother said, "It's very hard to digest the things. The accident occurred on July 1st 2016. 10 years is a long period and we faced a lot of hardships and we have not come out of the trauma at all. Because 4 families have been affected because of that accident. We lost 3 members and 2 were severely injured. My younger daughter missed a nice mentor and I miss my princess. We miss her a lot. I miss my daughter a lot." Venkata Ramana, Ramya's father said, "The Ramya incident happened 10 years ago, but justice has still not been delivered. It is very sad that our legal system is not functioning effectively. At Banjara Hills Police Station, five Circle Inspectors have been changed so far, yet not even one accused person has been punished. We have spent 10 years waiting for justice. Several investigating officers have changed during this period, but no action has been taken against the accused." #Hyderabad

Dressed in black and holding up red cards, hundreds of footballers, coaches, parents, students and citizens gathered at Neville D’Souza Football Ground in Bandra West on Sunday evening to oppose the recent change in the reservation of the open space from a playground to an exhibition-and-convention centre by BMC. This wasn’t just about one open space, said organisers, but for over a dozen in the city whose reservation had been changed over the past four years. Below pics shot by Uma Kadam for @TOIMumbai

Two developments: Mumbai AQI 1) BMC to use 3,000 air-quality sensors installed at infrastructure sites to flag pollution hotspots. BMC says such a system will also help them decide on area-specific interventions, including road washing, to keep dust pollution under check. 2) Road washing using non-potable water will be back on the agenda as a measure to control air pollution in Mumbai. It maybe recounted that just a week ago, the civic standing committee had rejected a proposal to wash roads using water brought in by tankers amid the ongoing 10% water cuts in the city. - What is pAgaL_P₹oj3ct's engagement rate on X?
- pAgaL_P₹oj3ct (@HoeZaay) has an engagement rate of 0.016%, based on the median interactions across 8 original posts from the last 30 days against 1,068,058 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.016%, pAgaL_P₹oj3ct sits above the 10th percentile of the 212,146 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @HoeZaay have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 40% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @HoeZaay post?
- Most posts go out around 02:00 UTC, and Wednesday is its busiest day, at roughly 12.57 posts per day across the measured window.
