Renée Hoenderkamp engagement report
@DrHoenderkamp - 171K followers on X
Measured over 27 original posts from a 30-day window, last computed on October 20, 2026.
Engagement
A typical post picks up 822 interactions against 171K followers, an engagement rate of 0.48%. Measured over 27 original posts, its engagement rate beats 85% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size. Comparing inside a size band matters here: engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly just re-measure the follower count. Posts are seen about 15K times each, and 5.39% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 8.91% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 2.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, though only 40% of days saw any activity at all. Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Sunday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 27 posts sampled, 48% carry an image or video and 37% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 35K interactions, about 43x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size
Renée Hoenderkamp's engagement rate beats 85% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 9 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.
On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 88% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.
Where this sits in the catalog
At 0.48%, Renée Hoenderkamp sits above the 50th percentile of the 213,186 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the above the median band, which runs 0.147% to 0.698%.

Formats this account uses
Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.
| Format | This account | Catalog effect | 95% interval | Accounts behind it |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Image or video | 48% of posts | +111% | +108% to +115% | 34K |
| Outbound link | 37% of posts | -41% | -42% to -40% | 32K |
| Typical length | - | +15% | +14% to +16% | 32K |
- 48% of this account's sampled posts carry an image or video. Across the catalog, posts with an image or video run 111% above the same accounts' other posts.
- 37% of its posts carry a link off X. Across the catalog, posts with an outbound link run 41% below the same accounts' other posts.
- Its average post runs 312 characters, which falls in the over 280 characters band. Across the catalog, posts over 280 characters run 15% above the same accounts' other posts.
These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

I went on @BBCNewsnight and enraged all the usual radical-left loons stating these simple facts: ~1.85m foreign nationals claim £23 billion in welfare each year in Britain ~ 1.3m foreign nationals claim £11.9billion of Universal Credit Britain must put the British people first **Britains tax burden is the highest it’s been since the War (1948 to be exact)** If you want to lift people up, you have to create wealth. You have to incentivise work. Which means tax them less. Anyone who runs a business knows this. Since then, far-left X has launched a series of ad-hominem attacks. Some even saying these ideas are “extreme far-right” None of them have addressed the substance of my arguments. Instead they are trying to shame me for being in one of the most successful bands of last 20 years, whilst ignoring that I have one of the biggest independent politics podcasts in Britain. And ignoring that I’ve generated 10s of £millions in wealth and taxes for the economy, created 1000s of jobs, and built several successful companies. Likewise they think that I might be anything but immensely proud to be associated with my own dad, one of the most successful businessmen and generous individuals this country has produced since the War, and his association with GB News, officially the most viewed and trusted news channel in the country. He’s a hero. Thanks to Newsnight for having me!

If this is what drag has become, then drag needs to go. This isn’t art. It’s not humor. It is the dehumanization of women and women’s bodies, and it is no better than pornography. #NoMoreDrag https://t.co/dZqjWaD9lf

It's great @MaajidNawaz is to get a show on @GBNEWS. Here on LBC he challenges a Muslim ☪️who wants Sharia Law. "Do you aspire to a Sharia state that will criminalise & outlaw homosexuality & adultery?" "Yes I do." For adultery stoning to death. "You're worse than the BNP." https://t.co/oh3T1xECYn

Student pro-Pals at City University in London just disrupted a talk by lawyers who represented the British connected hostages. I can’t believe how grotesque this is. They rant about the “Zionist hostages” and screech for the release of Palestinian terrorists. Terrifying. https://t.co/Fa9Yt42TVZ

I've wanted to post this for a while as an example of what is happening in the Country. I believe in the welfare state, I want a system that catches people & supports them when they need it when unemployment strikes. I want disabled people to live with dignity. However something has gone wrong a perfect storm almost. My sister has a friend she's my age & hasn't worked for many years after she had a car accident because she was drink driving harmed herself & another car. Since she claims everything, disability, PIP, housing benefit & motability car. She can work but the problem is no job can give her the equivalent life she has now, a new 2 bed council house, a SUV vehicle new every 3 years apparently she has that car because she has a support dog for anxiety. She has aesthetic treatments done at my sisters aesthetics business & her life is far more secure & stable than mine. She has more disposable cash than me, a better car & a safe home for life. I work 2 jobs and I work in a profession that I was educated for 10 years. I am 2 rent rises away before I have to leave my private rented 2 bed terrace. And my situation leaves me poorer, and less secure than a woman claiming benefits. I hate having to say this but it is true & this situation is everywhere. Benefits can give you a much better & secure life than working. And that isnt right.

A very approximate list of the average monthly essential expenditure a British state pensioner has: Food £260 Council tax £200 Water rates £60 Gas/electric £300 Contents and building insurance £30 Window cleaner £15 TV licence £20 Phone and broadband £40 Petrol £30 Car tax/insurance/MOT £50 Garden waste bin £5 Boiler service £8 Hair cuts £10 Dentist £20 Total: 1,048. While the state pension is £965. And God knows what you do if you have ground rent and management fees to pay. And for heaven's sake don't enjoy yourselves by buying a plant for the garden, a lipstick, a pair of socks, or a birthday present for a grandchild because you can't actually afford it. And be very careful with your glasses because a new pair at Specsavers isn't cheap. What a thoroughly disgusting country we live in when old people have to live like this.

Great to join the Trans+ Solidarity Alliance lobby day in Parliament last week. At a time when trans people are facing relentless attacks on their rights, dignity and ability to live freely, solidarity matters more than ever. Trans rights are human rights. I’ll always stand with the trans community in the fight for equality, safety and freedom 🏳️⚧️

- What is Renée Hoenderkamp's engagement rate on X?
- Renée Hoenderkamp (@DrHoenderkamp) has an engagement rate of 0.48%, based on the median interactions across 27 original posts from the last 30 days against 171,330 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
- Is that a good engagement rate?
- At 0.48%, Renée Hoenderkamp sits above the 50th percentile of the 213,186 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
- Does @DrHoenderkamp have real engagement?
- Its engagement rate beats 85% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the top quarter for its size group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
- When does @DrHoenderkamp post?
- Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Sunday is its busiest day, at roughly 2.57 posts per day across the measured window.
