A typical post picks up 203 interactions against 455K followers, an engagement rate of 0.045%. Measured over 27 original posts, its engagement rate beats 57% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 15K times each, and 1.32% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 3.39% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.3 post a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 57% of days. Most posts go out around 19:00 UTC, and Thursday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 27 posts sampled, 48% carry an image or video. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 28K interactions, about 140x its own typical post.

Compared with accounts its own size

Robert ₿reedlove's engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 55% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.045%, Robert ₿reedlove sits above the 25th percentile of the 213,282 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.025% to 0.147%.

Shopify billionaire co-founder & CEO Tobi Lütke — one of the most analytically rigorous founders alive — uses affirmations. His exact words: "If you tell yourself or write down something about yourself 100 times, it writes into the neurofrontal cortex at such a deep level that your brain will start reconciling you to that. It just works." His personal example: He was terrified of public speaking. For one week he sat down every day for 10 minutes and wrote: "I love public speaking." A week later the fear was gone. "It's not like a placebo. You just actively change your neurofrontal cortex in this moment." Your brain starts shaping your behavior around the identity you rehearse most.

In 2020, the US printed $6 trillion. The average American salary is $60,000 (that’s 100 million years of human labor stolen in a single year through currency debasement). If each person works roughly 50 productive years across their lifetime, that single instance of money printing (aka currency counterfeiting) equals 2 million human lifetimes’ worth of labor energy. You should figure it out, before it’s too late:

People beg me for a Bitcoin price prediction, so it's finally time to give it to you: Kiyosaki once pushed me for a number on a 10 to 15 year timeframe, so I said millions of dollars per Bitcoin in the 2030s. People find that unimaginable and crazy. What they don't take into account is the hyperinflation of the US dollar, which is underway right now, as it is with all fiat currencies, all the time. Anyone who's ever opened a history book knows that paper currencies unbacked by commodity money like gold or silver must end in hyperinflation. There's every incentive to print it into worthlessness, and no safeguard against such printing. They're either conquered and replaced, or they hyperinflate. That's literally the only thing that ever happens, without exception. As Charlie Munger says, show me the incentive and I'll show you the outcome. If you create a currency that can be printed ad infinitum with no restrictions, and it rewards the printer for printing it, what do you think is going to happen? They print the thing until it goes to zero. Of course. The dollar is a fiat currency shitcoin. So when you denominate Bitcoin in dollars, Bitcoin trading in the millions and tens of millions is as certain as the dollar being printed into worthlessness. I know that sounds scary if you're used to the dollar working. But you've got to zoom out. As Schopenhauer said, every man takes the limits of his field of vision for the limits of the world. Don't make that mistake. Study the fate of fiat currencies and you'll understand. This could be a multi-decade, multi-generational game. But directionally, I can say with a very high degree of certainty: Bitcoin number go up, US dollar number go down. So my prediction is that the Bitcoin price will go up forever.

My name is Robert Breedlove.   I just turned 40 and have built a life that I love. To build this life, I used some powerful tools. Three of the most important tools I’ve used are: Hard Money, Hard Facts, and a Hard Body. To build a life that you love, you too must develop your own tools, and mastery over them. This is where I can help you. These tools form the three pillars of my new personal brand:   - Hard Money: For almost twenty years, I’ve been a student of money. I will teach you about the nature of money and its influence on human beings, which will help you unplug your mind from the matrix, and perhaps make more money as a result. Through the study of money, you will support your own mental, spiritual, and financial freedom.   - Hard Facts: For over twenty years, I’ve read roughly one book each week. I will share the deep insights I’ve gleaned from science, philosophy, and other non-fiction books. I will also tell you some stories about the many life lessons I’ve learned along the way…   - Hard Body: For almost thirty years, I’ve trained my body like an athlete. I will share every detail of my fitness lifestyle including all my peptide, anabolic, nutrition, training, sleep, and recovery protocols. Optimal health is a key component of true wealth.   Since I was a kid, I’ve always wanted to have it all. To excel in every domain of life: to be successful financially, to be highly intelligent, and to be in top physical form. Now that I’m 40, I want to help men like me who live their lives in pursuit of excellence.   As I’ve grown into manhood, the pain of life’s many ups and downs has showed me the great value of philosophy: the process of learning to love wisdom, and learning to love wisely. I have spent years studying the teachings of wise men who have walked before us. I will share my insights from my studies, and from my years of struggles seeking love and wisdom.   Inspired by the teachings history’s many wise men, and motivated by the #Bitcoin mission, I am committed to sharing all aspects of my life which might be valuable to you. In the ethos of open-source, my aim is to tell it all, regardless of how embarrassing or painful it is for me to share. Wisdom comes from our wounds, and sunlight is the best disinfectant.   We all want to live a life we love. My aim is to help men who wish to pursue excellence in life’s many domains. Follow me for effective methods to get rich, to get smart, and to get ripped. And maybe along the way, you’ll find some nuggets of wisdom for yourself, too.   Your attention is valuable to me, and I’ll do my best to draw it to things valuable to you.   In doing so, I hope to help you build a life you love, too. Stay strong brothers 💪🏼

A good definition of a slave is someone whose tax rate is 100%. All the fruits of their labor, all of them, 100%, go to a tax authority, the slave master. On the other side of that spectrum, someone with a 0% tax rate would be someone that’s fully self-owned, someone that’s fully sovereign. They keep all the fruits of their labor and they trade them freely with other self-owned people. That’s the opposite of a slave. You could call that a sovereign. We don’t have many of those people in the world today. They’re mostly what we refer to as sovereign nations. Most of us normal people just have some effective tax rate that we pay across all the activities in our life. Buying, investing, consuming, dying, everything gets taxed at every transaction in the modern world. So if you do all that math and figure out your effective tax rate, let’s say it’s 30%, my argument would be that you now know what percentage of a slave you are. You’re 30% slave and 70% sovereign, or free man. I’ve said it this way in the past and it triggers a lot of people, but I think it’s hard to argue with. We’ve come a long way. Today, something like slavery rubs all of our moral intuitions wrong, and most normal people would consider it abhorrent. Slavery still exists, less so in the whips and chains of traditional chattel slavery and more so in the less visible version called taxation, inflation, and statism. The Bitcoin mission and the Bitcoin thesis is all about creating a world with more sovereigns and ideally no slaves at all. Ideally, we want to get to a world where inflation is at zero, the central bank has been eliminated, and the market for money, the biggest and most important market in the world, is free. People are free to choose whatever money suits them best, interest rates are discovered freely in the marketplace, and slavery is finally reduced to 0% worldwide. That’s what we call the big bright orange future.

Someone told me they can't buy Bitcoin because they're living paycheck to paycheck. People like him don't understand how wealth works, so let me explain: Wealth is the ratio between your desires and your ability to fulfill them. So there are two ways to be rich. Want a lot and have a lot, or want very little and be content living lean. Both are wealth. I grew up poor, I've lived the lean version, and it builds a discipline most people never get. If you're living paycheck to paycheck, there's almost always something you're buying that you don't need. And a dollar not spent is a dollar you keep. My grandfather used to say the best way to double your money is to fold it in half and put it back in your pocket. So fold it. Cut the money leaking out on things that don't matter, and put it into the hardest money the human race has ever had. A dollar saved in fiat gets debased. A dollar spent on goods depreciates. A dollar saved in Bitcoin appreciates. Then let the pressure change you. Use the scarcity. Build a side income, cut your expenses, raise the ratio of what you earn to what you spend. There's an old line from The Art of War: ''if you want your soldiers to fight, burn the boats when you land on the beach. Put your back against the wall so the only way out is forward'' I won't pretend it gets easy. Even on the other side, more money more problems - but get tight with your money, get creative with your earning, and channel that scarcity into something that compounds. In short, burn the boats and stack sats. Future you will thank you.

Reading these numbers

What is Robert ₿reedlove's engagement rate on X?
Robert ₿reedlove (@Breedlove22) has an engagement rate of 0.045%, based on the median interactions across 27 original posts from the last 30 days against 454,987 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.045%, Robert ₿reedlove sits above the 25th percentile of the 213,282 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @Breedlove22 have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 57% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @Breedlove22 post?
Most posts go out around 19:00 UTC, and Thursday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.33 posts per day across the measured window.
