A typical post picks up 189 interactions against 458K followers, an engagement rate of 0.041%. Measured over 12 original posts, its engagement rate beats 56% of 21,185 tracked accounts of a similar size, which puts it in the middle of its size range rather than at either end. Posts are seen about 12K times each, and 1.57% of those impressions turn into an interaction. That is about 2.63% of the follower count, which is the gap between an audience on paper and an audience in a timeline. Posting runs at about 1.6 posts a day over the last 30 days, with activity on roughly 47% of days. Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Friday is the busiest day of the week. Of the 12 posts sampled, 83% carry an image or video and 17% link out. The account's strongest tracked post pulled 22K interactions, about 117x its own typical post. Recurring topics include #switzerland, #ukraine.

Compared with accounts its own size

Office of the President of Ukraine's engagement rate beats 56% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts, accounts of similar size (decile 10 of 10)). A percentile is spread evenly by construction, so 50 really is the middle of that group and 90 really is its top tenth.

On engagement per impression rather than per follower it beats 59% of the same group. When those two numbers disagree, the gap is about how far its posts travel rather than how people react to them.

Where this sits in the catalog

At 0.041%, Office of the President of Ukraine sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,078 accounts in this comparison. That places it in the below the median band, which runs 0.025% to 0.146%.

Formats this account uses

Its own posting mix on the left, and what each of those formats does across every account we track on the right. Only formats where the effect clears our publish test appear here, so an empty row is a format we could not measure rather than one that does nothing.

These are catalog-wide differences applied to this account's own posting mix, not a measurement of how each format performs for this account specifically. We keep one median per account, not one per format per account, so the second thing is not something this data can tell you.

In the strike on Radushne, for the first time in a while, the Russians used a North Korean missile, according to preliminary data. Of course, more examinations will follow, and everything will be verified, but as of now – it is a North Korean ballistic missile. The alliance between the Moscow scumbags and the deranged regime in North Korea exists for the sake of missiles, North Korean troops on our borders here in Europe, and killing our Ukrainian children. Of course, many around the world condemned this strike today. There were many expressions of sympathy over the loss of life. European countries also made many statements because a Russian missile flew into Polish territory and exploded somewhere in a field near Lublin. What matters most, however, is not mere sympathy and condemnation, but air defense missiles and pressure on Russia that can stop this dumb Russian war. Air defense missiles – for Patriots in the first place, but also for NASAMS, IRIS-T, HAWK, and our other systems – are the key priority. I hope that all of our partners – above all our American partners, as well as our friends in Europe – will feel that real human lives depend on whether they help us.

Today, we received information from the American side about the meetings in Moscow that took place the other day. There was a series of meetings. We spoke before the meetings, and we have spoken again now with the Americans. Thank you for the information – and for the necessary tone of the conversation with Russia. We value the alignment of steps and the fact that America is advancing a realistic vision of what needs to be done and what must be achieved. Russia must end its war, and all the necessary conditions must be created to make that happen.

The situation on the front, together with our long-range sanctions and mid-range strikes, is creating a new atmosphere around Putin. A very toxic atmosphere. He alone is the reason this war began and hasn't ended. Putin alone is responsible for the losses Russians continue to suffer. His retinue understands this – they are signaling it to us and to our partners. Russian society is beginning to feel it more and more as well. We need decisions to bring about peace.

What do you say to your family when you don’t know if you’ll ever see them again? In February 2022, he told his wife and children the war had begun. Then he left as Russian forces advanced towards Kyiv, unsure what the coming hours would bring. This is President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Before politics, he built a successful career in Ukrainian television as a writer, producer and performer, even portraying a president on screen. In 2019, he was elected President of Ukraine. Three years later, Russia launched its full-scale invasion. Sitting down with him was surreal and an enormous responsibility. It was a rare chance to hear his account of the first hours of the war and the decisions that followed. We discussed things like: How he found out Russia had invaded. Why he refused an offer to evacuate Kyiv. The 64km Russian military convoy advancing towards the capital. How Russian forces tried to capture a key airport. His account of discovering hundreds of bodies after Russian occupation. What he believes it will take to end the war. But I also wanted to understand how he’d been coping. One of my first questions was simply, “How are you doing?” His answer was: “It’s hard.” He spoke about meeting parents whose children had been killed. Some, he explained, simply ask him for a hug. And as he spoke, there were tears in his eyes. Whatever your views on the war or the decisions made by those involved, this is a rare opportunity to hear his account of events that have changed millions of lives. Because behind every map, every headline and every political decision, there are real people. Out now on all platforms ❤️👊🏾 (President Zelenskyy was recorded in Ukrainian and dubbed in English.)

We see no indication from Russia that it wants to end this war, or pursue any form of truce or peace. That's why we need to help Ukrainians to get through winter and defend their country. Ukrainians need more air defence. And we need to increase pressure on Russia to make it clear that they have to negotiate. My doorstep ahead of today’s European Council meeting ↓

It is really important that @LauraLoomer is in Ukraine and sees things with her own eyes as they are. There is no better way to get informed opinion than through personal experience which allows to deal with Russian propaganda.

What is Office of the President of Ukraine's engagement rate on X?
Office of the President of Ukraine (@APUkraine) has an engagement rate of 0.041%, based on the median interactions across 12 original posts from the last 30 days against 457,713 followers. Replies, reposts and quote-posts of other people are excluded from that sample.
Is that a good engagement rate?
At 0.041%, Office of the President of Ukraine sits above the 25th percentile of the 212,078 accounts in this comparison. Those comparison accounts are all large ones, because our scanning cadence is weighted towards big accounts, so this is a ranking among peers of similar scale rather than a ranking across X.
Does @APUkraine have real engagement?
Its engagement rate beats 56% of the tracked X accounts closest to it in follower count (21,185 accounts), which puts it in the middle of its size range group. Ranking inside a size band matters because engagement rate falls as accounts grow, so a raw rate would mostly re-measure the follower count. It is a starting point for a look at follower quality, not a verdict on it.
When does @APUkraine post?
Most posts go out around 07:00 UTC, and Friday is its busiest day, at roughly 1.6 posts per day across the measured window.
